Spectators: 178 (Terracing: 134, Seating: 41, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carmelo Tiniebra kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Santa Fe getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Carmelo Tiniebra hit a great ball. Serafino Pancho came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's İskender Baki Sabi. But to his dismay, İskender Baki Sabi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carmelo Tiniebra. Serafino Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İskender Baki Sabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Olavo Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Tiniebra in the 18th minute of the match. Serafino Pancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of İskender Baki Sabi's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis María Guadalupe in the 21st minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Olavo Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolando Madaleno kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. İskender Baki Sabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 28 minutes, İskender Baki Sabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Racing Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but İskender Baki Sabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serafino Pancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İskender Baki Sabi in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Santa Fe defense, İskender Baki Sabi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Serafino Pancho. The Santa Fe fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Serafino Pancho should have stopped the shot. Olavo Henriques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Fernando Pratto, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Racing Club's Olavo Henriques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Fernando Pratto in the 37th minute of play. In the last second Olavo Henriques throw himself and got hold of the ball when Carmelo Tiniebra in the 38thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 48th minute İskender Baki Sabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Pancho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. İskender Baki Sabi was the one to do the kick off. Racing Club's İskender Baki Sabi got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Ramos came free, but Olavo Henriques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olavo Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Ramos in the 56th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Serafino Pancho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 61st minute Carmelo Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Henriques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geronimo Salomone did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-3 to the left of a surprised Serafino Pancho 64 minutes into the match. Serafino Pancho made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Godofredo Remigio sent off a good shot on target. Santa Fe's Serafino Pancho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Fe from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the game, Geronimo Salomone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Serafino Pancho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godofredo Remigio in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serafino Pancho saved Santa Fe from getting behind. The corner led Racing Club's Marcel Picka to fire away a dangerous shot which Serafino Pancho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Santa Fe's Juan Fernando Pratto got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Serafino Pancho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Remigio in the 83rd minute. In the 84th minute, Racing Club's Geronimo Salomone ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Serafino Pancho. Serafino Pancho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 89 played minutes Santa Fe got a freekick which was hit by Steve Rogers. 90 minutes into the game, Racing Club's Godofredo Remigio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafino Pancho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. With a little luck, Santa Fe's Serafino Pancho got control of the ball when Geronimo Salomone tried to sneak it across the goal line. Olavo Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Tiniebra in the 94th minute of the match. Juan Fernando Pratto might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olavo Henriques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Fernando Pratto ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Racing Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
