When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Hernandez made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Ramos came free, but Paulo Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Sandro Coisne mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Santa Fe and the Atletas Campesinos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Paulo Rosio successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 81st minute, Luís Hernandez made a precise shot to the right of Serafino Pancho. Santa Fe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Luís Hernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Ramos came free, but Paulo Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carmelo Tiniebra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Paulo Rosio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Santa Fe's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Steve Rogers in the 92nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carmelo Tiniebra got free with Paulo Rosio in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Paulo Rosio managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Santa Fe's Carmelo Tiniebra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Atletas Campesinos F.C. were victorious despite being under pressure from Santa Fe for much of the match.
