Paulo Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rien Oss in the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Rien Oss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rien Oss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Paulo Rosio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rien Oss in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rien Oss in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Rosio saved Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting behind. In the 21st minute Los Muñes de Don Cuco were awarded a corner. Wilfredo Mero went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 25th minute Rien Oss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Luís Hernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletas Campesinos F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 36 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Rien Oss sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulo Rosio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 37 played minutes Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Mero. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baron Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Hernandez in the 39th minute of play. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Paulo Rosio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Atletas Campesinos F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Rien Oss fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Wilfredo Mero hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Luís Hernandez made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Luís Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Hernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Remigio Handi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Los Muñes de Don Cuco made a substitution. Peyami Hasanbeyli replaced Truylos Barbari. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Remigio Handi hit a great ball. Luís Hernandez struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Baron Buffon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletas Campesinos F.C.. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Guaberto Jacindo was substituted for Rico Moco. In the 67thth minute of the game Ramon Pero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Paulo Rosio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Baron Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Hernandez in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Pero came free, but Paulo Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Sandro Moreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Losada in the 86th minute of play forced Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulo Rosio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ma Jian Hai hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Ramon Pero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Rosio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Ramon Pero sped through Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Paulo Rosio. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
