Martin Ladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Serafino Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernan Ler, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Bartosz Ziemniak was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carmelo Tiniebra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Juan Fernando Pratto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Bartosz Ziemniak when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 14th minute, Luis María Guadalupe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Ler in the 16th minute of play forced Santa Fe's goalkeeper Serafino Pancho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Santa Fe's Juan Fernando Pratto got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 29 minutes into the match, Ramiro Montae had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serafino Pancho. Santa Fe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramiro Montae was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Serafino Pancho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Misael, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Juan Fernando Pratto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Bartosz Ziemniak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Serafino Pancho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernan Ler's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Serafino Pancho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Montae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Santa Fe made a substitution. Sandro Coisne replaced Rolando Madaleno. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carmelo Tiniebra was the one to do the kick off. Serafino Pancho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Ler in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Steve Rogers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Santa Fe's Serafino Pancho got control of the ball when Rolando Misael tried to sneak it across the goal line. Steve Rogers's late challenge caught a Fractal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Steve Rogers helped the player get up and apologised. Steve Rogers hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Ramiro Montae left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fractal FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Bartosz Ziemniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Ramos in the 74th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Rafael Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Bartosz Ziemniak. Fractal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-3. Bartosz Ziemniak came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Fe's Carmelo Tiniebra. But to his dismay, Carmelo Tiniebra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. Bartosz Ziemniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Ramos in the 87th minute of play. Bartosz Ziemniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
