Will Goldthorpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Chuan in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to Fashions del Averno getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Fabrizio Spadoni hit a great ball. Herbert Zbikowski kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Marcelo Chuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Goldthorpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Chuan scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Will Goldthorpe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinicio Valery made a kick off. 51 minutes in the game Maximiliano Morales did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hampus Karlstedt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Valery in the 63rd minute of play forced Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Gianluca Kán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Will Goldthorpe was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Fabrizio Spadoni fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fashions del Averno's protests and gave Fabrizio Spadoni a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hampus Karlstedt in the 84th minute of play forced Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Gianluca Kán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Will Goldthorpe made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Ingmar Eltmaa sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, América Magics Fc's Will Goldthorpe got control of the ball when Marcelo Chuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Valery in the 94th minute of play forced Fashions del Averno's goalkeeper Gianluca Kán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
