Jakub Ziombkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Masharov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. ............'s Roman Masharov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save ............ from getting a goal against them. After 28 minutes ............'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Humberto Barragan who took care of the corner kick. Jakub Ziombkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Hellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Tartales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inter de Guayaquil FC's Sebastian Hellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Tartales in the 35th minute of play. Roman Masharov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörn Svartengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Roman Masharov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A sloppy throw-in by Gerardo Peio in the 79th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Inter de Guayaquil FC's Timmy Galle. 81 minutes into the match, Inter de Guayaquil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sean Hock came free, but Sebastian Hellkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84thth minute of the game Jörn Svartengren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ............'s Roman Masharov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Inter de Guayaquil FC's Jörn Svartengren in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. One of Inter de Guayaquil FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of ............:s goal. A collision led to Inter de Guayaquil FC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Xavier Zanetti hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Tartales in the 97th minute of play forced Inter de Guayaquil FC's goalkeeper Sebastian Hellkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
