YerBaTerOs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ascencio Puente in the 18th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ascencio Puente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ismael Rossell quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ismael Rossell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Plata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zoil Soltero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ismael Rossell having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xefe Elizondo during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Loja S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Xefe Elizondo. Hidalgo Gallegos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. YerBaTerOs made a substitution. Xayvion Borrajo replaced Loco Fondos. Ismael Rossell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoil Soltero in the 39th minute of the match. Zoil Soltero might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Rossell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zoil Soltero ran back to his position shaking his head. Zoil Soltero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ismael Rossell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
