An unexpectedly hard shot by Dong Zhou Chen in the 26th minute of play forced Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's goalkeeper Elias Arnedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Precioso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jefferson Farfán in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Raymond in the 37th minute of play forced Club Puerto Quito's goalkeeper Mauricio Precioso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Club Puerto Quito's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Raymond came free, but Mauricio Precioso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Raymond in the 40th minute of play forced Club Puerto Quito's goalkeeper Mauricio Precioso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Nicasio Raymond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Mauricio Precioso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicasio Raymond made a kick off. Mauricio Precioso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jama Pazos in the 51st minute of the match. Nicasio Raymond could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Mauricio Precioso made a huge save. A collision led to Club Puerto Quito getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ayoví Costoya hit a great ball. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Jefferson Farfán got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mauricio Precioso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jefferson Farfán, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After 58th play minutes Jefferson Farfán shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Mauricio Precioso and just under the crossbar into goal. 62 minutes into the game, Jefferson Farfán recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mauricio Precioso. Jefferson Farfán showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Raymond got free with Mauricio Precioso in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jefferson Farfán in the 67th minute of play forced Club Puerto Quito's goalkeeper Mauricio Precioso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Precioso acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jama Pazos. In the 73rd match minute, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amos Sciarra to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jefferson Farfán got free with Mauricio Precioso in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Club Puerto Quito's Iván Hurtado got a free kick in the 76th minute. Elias Arnedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tenorio Cuerva in the 80th minute of play. Iván Hurtado made in the 83rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ayoví Costoya. With an all-out effort, Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Mauricio Precioso threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jefferson Farfán, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Conrado Leo fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Puerto Quito's protests and gave Conrado Leo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre booed when Club Puerto Quito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Leo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre's Elias Arnedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Narbona in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle went the supporters of Ultimo Bondi a Finisterre were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Club Puerto Quito side.
