Juaneizu Merida came out and tried to block the shot, but Stelian Murgu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Grabiel Escorcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Playa Malvín's Nils Elmhuus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grabiel Escorcia in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Grabiel Escorcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional's supporters rose to their feet, but Grabiel Escorcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils Elmhuus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juaneizu Merida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Qi Fan's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Juaneizu Merida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gong Qi Fan in the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute, José Luis Rodríguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nacional's Juaneizu Merida proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Nacional from getting a goal against them. José Luis Rodríguez made in the 30th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Grabiel Escorcia immediately put the ball in play. Grabiel Escorcia struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Nils Elmhuus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nacional. Grabiel Escorcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nils Elmhuus having to make a save. Nils Elmhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grabiel Escorcia in the 39th minute of play. The supporters of Nacional booed when Playa Malvín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Wigghers didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grabiel Escorcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nils Elmhuus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grabiel Escorcia's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 51st minute Gong Qi Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juaneizu Merida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joseph Gayoso got free with Nils Elmhuus in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Playa Malvín's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xu Sha was slow to take the kick. During this time Nacional's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Playa Malvín's goalie and right to Luciano Inverso. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Playa Malvín's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 58 minutes into the game, Felipe Carballo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Playa Malvín's Joel Wigghers quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Gong Qi Fan struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Juaneizu Merida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Playa Malvín. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Quinto Ampudia replaced Gong Qi Fan. In the 76th minute, Grabiel Escorcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 82 minutes Nacional's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stelian Murgu who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Playa Malvín's Stelian Murgu to a score. 2-0 in the 83rd minute. Nils Elmhuus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ursino Brunet in the 85th minute of play. Playa Malvín walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
