Isaias Jakue's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iraido Bertiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of Sporting Buceo booed when Fohat Neyen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Espen Furre didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Fohat Neyen players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sporting Buceo were winning 0-3.

Charly Good's late challenge caught a Fohat Neyen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charly Good helped the player get up and apologised. Charly Good kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Xinto Carreiras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Iraido Bertiz made a huge save. Máximo Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denis Schnell in the 83rd minute of the match. Xinto Carreirass short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Iraido Bertiz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sporting Buceo's Charly Good managed to work through Fohat Neyen's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Charly Good dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Xinto Carreiras did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Iraido Bertiz 96 minutes into the match. Sporting Buceo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
