In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Austral FC's goalkeeper Damaso Hurko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Dalmu came free, but Sylwester Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kwyjibo's Sylwester Wawro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pastor Dalmu in the 6th minute of play. Damaso Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Jakobsson in the 7th minute of the match. Kosin Marianto scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Hurko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Dalmu in the 13th minute of play forced Kwyjibo's goalkeeper Sylwester Wawro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Kosin Marianto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Austral FC booed when Kwyjibo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven McNamara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sylwester Wawro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerold Grijalba, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A collision led to Austral FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Nisio Iturmendi hit a great ball. In the 47th match minute, Austral FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menendo Tella to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

53 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Jerold Grijalba came free, but Sylwester Wawro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Kosin Marianto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damaso Hurko was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kosin Marianto in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Hurko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pastor Dalmu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Sylwester Wawro made a huge save. Damaso Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kosin Marianto in the 62nd minute of the match. Damaso Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kosin Marianto in the 64th minute of play. A collision led to Kwyjibo getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Bahadırhan Yiğithan hit a great ball. In the 75th minute, Bahadırhan Yiğithan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the game, Kwyjibo's Christian Burgo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damaso Hurko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Damaso Hurko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Burgo in the 81st minute of play. Kwyjibo's attentive Bahadırhan Yiğithan managed to snatch the ball when Menendo Tella made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Christian Burgo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Hurko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Austral FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Kwyjibo had won, even though Austral FC had held more of the ball.
