An unexpectedly hard shot by Elizardo Massana in the 17th minute of play forced Austral FC's goalkeeper Damaso Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Oliverio Cavallosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Austral FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elizardo Massana came free, but Damaso Hurko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute of the match Carqueja got a corner. Austral FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elizardo Massana ran over to the corner to take the kick. Austral FC's Damaso Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Vielva in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th minute Mario Vielva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Hurko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Elizardo Massana made the kick off in the second half. Austral FC's Damaso Hurko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliverio Cavallosa in the 58th minute of play. Damaso Hurko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliverio Cavallosa in the 62nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enmanuel Herdozain in the 66th minute of play forced Austral FC's goalkeeper Damaso Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mario Vielva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laureano Pinillos struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Kerem Ceyhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Austral FC. Mario Vielva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kerem Ceyhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Dalmu, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Carqueja made a substitution. Tiago Zotillo replaced Oliverio Cavallosa. Carqueja's Orlondo Mathey was substituted for Ereinotz Masbernat. After a rather tough play, Austral FC's Menendo Tella got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute, Mario Vielva reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damaso Hurko. The goal made the score 1-1. The supporters of Carqueja booed when Austral FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Menendo Tella didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Austral FC's Menendo Tella got a free kick in the 90th minute. With a little luck, Austral FC's Damaso Hurko got control of the ball when Elizardo Massana tried to sneak it across the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting.
