Hugon Skaradoski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pat Rice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugon Skaradoski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börge Tidéksson in the 19th minute of the match. When Blue Warriors™'s Pat Rice in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 37th minute Pedro Luiz Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Skaradoski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by SAN DIEGO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabio Cannata was slow to take the kick. During this time Blue Warriors™'s players had a chance to rest. In a very dangerous position, a player in SAN DIEGO fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! Pedro Luiz Dantas did an outstanding performance 44 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-2 to the right of an irritated Hugon Skaradoski in the goal. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murat Zelenika stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hugon Skaradoski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murat Zelenika in the 53rd minute. Demirhan Şimşek kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Agustin Abechuco charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agustin Abechuco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SAN DIEGO's Agustin Abechuco got a free kick in the 75th minute. Hugon Skaradoski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pat Rice in the 76th minute. SAN DIEGO's Hugon Skaradoski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Tidéksson in the 80th minute of play. The corner led to Blue Warriors™'s Pat Rice getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Fabio Cannata received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hugon Skaradoski came out and tried to block the shot, but Fabio Cannata slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 86th minute. Hugon Skaradoski made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Murat Zelenika sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the SAN DIEGO defense, Murat Zelenika kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugon Skaradoski. The SAN DIEGO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugon Skaradoski should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Blue Warriors™ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SAN DIEGO throughout the match.
