In the 30th minute, Dobrinja FC's Zachary Wielgopolski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Staniša Šorgić. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radoman Karaičić in the 35th minute of play forced Dobrinja FC's goalkeeper Farik Gagula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thornhill City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 90 minutes into the match, Dobrinja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ninoslav Mijanović came free, but Farik Gagula reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dobrinja FC had won after a very even match.
