Carmelo Eladio ran over to the corner to take the kick. 19 minutes into the match, Pénzügyőr SE's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Rivera came free, but Vencel Mezei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Albäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Pál Mester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Red Devils's Pál Mester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Albäck in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Villa during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Bertil Albäck could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Pál Mester however easily saved by the left post. Bertil Albäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Pál Mester tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pénzügyőr SE's Ádám Bakos got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Carmelo Eladio shot from a long distance. Pénzügyőr SE's Bertil Albäck got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Red Devils had played much better football throughout.
