The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Balassagyarmat SC's Attila Mesterházy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gábor Joó in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Gábor Joó had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attila Mesterházy. Balassagyarmat SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gábor Joó was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 10th minute, Gábor Joó made a precise shot to the right of Attila Mesterházy. Balassagyarmat SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Gábor Joó sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Attila Mesterházy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gábor Joó in the 14th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gábor Joó made a kick off. The supporters of Valencia CF Mindszent booed when Balassagyarmat SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mátyás Virág didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gábor Joó received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Attila Mesterházy came out and tried to block the shot, but Gábor Joó slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 54th minute. With splendid footwork Gábor Joó arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-9 by the left pole in the game's 61st minute. Valencia CF Mindszent made a substitution. Adolfo Larrauri replaced Marcell Kiss. Konstantin Fitos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 85th match minute, Balassagyarmat SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by László Csank to maneuver through the defense. Attila Mesterházy came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Valencia CF Mindszent's Konstantin Fitos. But to his dismay, Konstantin Fitos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-14. Attila Mesterházy made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Konstantin Fitos sent off a good shot on target. Konstantin Fitos scored 0-15 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Attila Mesterházy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantin Fitos in the 96th minute of play forced Balassagyarmat SC's goalkeeper Attila Mesterházy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valencia CF Mindszent's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
