KeletiBlokk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Szentgotthárd the free kick. The supporters of Szentgotthárd booed when KeletiBlokk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lajos Fenyves didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when József Sallói stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 88th minute, Lajos Fenyves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, KeletiBlokk's goal looked a bit too open when József Sallói came free, but Volkan Demirel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonz Földi hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Bálint Battai sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Volkan Demirel skillfully saved the ball.
