After a defensive mix-up in FC FERNET BOYS's zone, Michal Hudák stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludwig Apelqvist came out of the goal and Michal Hudák tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the match, FC FERNET BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Žigmund Csontos came free, but Ludwig Apelqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludwig Apelqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Hudák went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ludwig Apelqvist was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Žigmund Csontos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Žigmund Csontos really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 15 minutes into the match, FC FERNET BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Hudák came free, but Ludwig Apelqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulryk Rutecki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Adam Hrdina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Ulryk Rutecki came free, but Adam Hrdina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Ulryk Rutecki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Hrdina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulryk Rutecki in the 20th minute of play. Ludwig Apelqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Hudák in the 21st minute of the match. Igor Bališ hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. FC FERNET BOYS's Ludwig Apelqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Žigmund Csontos in the 26th minute of play. After 28 played minutes AFK Petržalka got a freekick which was hit by Richard Zedník. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Michal Hudák took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Ludwig Apelqvist to make any attempt to save it. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Tomáš Michal managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC FERNET BOYS's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomáš Michal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Hrdina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Michal Hudáks short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Ludwig Apelqvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 40 in the game by Michal Hudák from a close distance when the talented Ludwig Apelqvist managed to make a qualified save. FC FERNET BOYS's players were relieved. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Andrej Ďuriš made the kick off in the second half. Ludwig Apelqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michal Hudák in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulryk Rutecki. 56 minutes into the match, FC FERNET BOYS's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Hudák came free, but Ludwig Apelqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludwig Apelqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baran Gayret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adam Hrdina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Rutecki in the 62nd minute of the match. Ludwig Apelqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Hudák, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Michal Hudák in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludwig Apelqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC FERNET BOYS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Peter Pekarík was slow to take the kick. During this time AFK Petržalka's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulryk Rutecki in the 70th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adam Hrdina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulryk Rutecki in the 72nd minute of play. Ulryk Rutecki took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adam Hrdina. Adam Hrdina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Michal Hudák took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ludwig Apelqvist. Ludwig Apelqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. In the 80th minute, Nikola Krstović ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludwig Apelqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. Žigmund Csontos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Apelqvist having to interfere. With a little luck, AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina got control of the ball when Ulryk Rutecki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nikola Krstović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikola Krstović in the 92nd minute of play forced FC FERNET BOYS's goalkeeper Ludwig Apelqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC FERNET BOYS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for AFK Petržalka.
