Jan Filanowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gerrit Bos kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. If Kong Sen Ting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sessiz's Osman Ali Ünlüer got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Hamit Koryürek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan Filanowski was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Sessiz's Jan Filanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamit Koryürek in the 33rd minute of play. Jan Filanowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
