Zheng Li Ling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Tommy Salcedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ant Temizkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Salcedo having to interfere. In the 18th minute Richard do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birdal Nuratay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tommy Salcedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Ragazzoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Behzat Che hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richard do Valle was the one to do the kick off. If Gürhan Tüzeman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the game, Halis Çokay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Birdal Nuratay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. WİLDHUNTER FC were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after SARAY A.Ş's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dênis Sabóia took the corner. WİLDHUNTER FC's Dênis Sabóia was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Birdal Nuratay in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay got control of the ball when Mehmet Bilge Başayoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dênis Sabóia got free with Birdal Nuratay in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gürhan Tüzeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, SARAY A.Ş's goal looked a bit too open when Dênis Sabóia came free, but Birdal Nuratay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save SARAY A.Ş from getting a goal against them. In the 90thth minute of the game Richard do Valle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SARAY A.Ş's Birdal Nuratay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, SARAY A.Ş's Hassan Briso got a free kick in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard do Valle in the 95th minute of play forced SARAY A.Ş's goalkeeper Birdal Nuratay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched WİLDHUNTER FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
