The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Mustafa Arif Alatay fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ATALAR61's protests and gave Mustafa Arif Alatay a yellow card for diving instead. Mustafa Arif Alatay kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, Kestel Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sufi Erozan to maneuver through the defense. Alp Mümin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Marcelino Merexildo made a huge save. Sungurhan Olgunsoy hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Arif Alatay in the 19th minute of play forced Kestel Spor's goalkeeper Marcelino Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Bilge Baykal notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ATALAR61's Tayfun Aydoğdu. Tayfun Aydoğdu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 28 played minutes ATALAR61 got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Torreira. Bilge Baykal took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tayfun Aydoğdu. Tayfun Aydoğdu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Tayfun Aydoğdu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Başar Perker in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Başar Usun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Arif Alatay in the 35th minute of play. In the 36th minute Mustafa Arif Alatay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tayfun Aydoğdu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bilge Baykal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute Başar Perker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayfun Aydoğdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of ATALAR61 booed when Kestel Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Besim Erdesir didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bilge Baykal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Kestel Spor were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bilge Baykal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alp Mümin in the 60th minute of play forced Kestel Spor's goalkeeper Marcelino Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind ATALAR61's goalkeeper Tayfun Aydoğdu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 66th minute Mustafa Arif Alatay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Merexildo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Kestel Spor's Başar Perker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Başar Perker received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tayfun Aydoğdu came out and tried to block the shot, but Başar Perker slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Bilge Baykal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tayfun Aydoğdu. ATALAR61's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bilge Baykal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Başar Perker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tayfun Aydoğdu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Marcelino Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Arif Alatay in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Başar Perker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayfun Aydoğdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kestel Spor's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
