Hasan Tahsin Hürol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olgierd Mnich, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Gunnar Bennet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yiğit Can Koçhan in the 12th minute. Tarkan Demirci scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hasan Tahsin Hürol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
