Ahmet Kutsi Akbilge started the match with the kick off. Ergincan Sahadettin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven-Olof Vestlund's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Samsunspor SK2011's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Sven-Olof Vestlund scored to the left of an out of position Ergincan Sahadettin, making the score, 1-0. In the 12th minute Sven-Olof Vestlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergincan Sahadettin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven-Olof Vestlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Sven-Olof Vestlund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as CAN ERZURUM's Sven-Olof Vestlund slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ergincan Sahadettin. That made the score 3-0 after 23 minutes of play. In the 27th minute, CAN ERZURUM's Sven-Olof Vestlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 29th minute, CAN ERZURUM's Pan Wei Quan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ergincan Sahadettin. Ergincan Sahadettin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Sven-Olof Vestlund scored 6-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ergincan Sahadettin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. CAN ERZURUM's Sven-Olof Vestlund managed to work through Samsunspor SK2011's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Sven-Olof Vestlund dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ergincan Sahadettin was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Sven-Olof Vestlund capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sven-Olof Vestlund really showed his touch with that goal: 8-0. In the 47th minute, CAN ERZURUM's Sven-Olof Vestlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 9-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Olof Vestlund to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Sven-Olof Vestlund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ergincan Sahadettin was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ergincan Sahadettin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Meriç Durukan came free, but Joar Scheie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ergincan Sahadettin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Olof Vestlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Kutsi Akbilge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Joar Scheie made a huge save. When the match clock showed 86 minutes, the score became 13-0 when Sven-Olof Vestlund sped through Samsunspor SK2011's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ergincan Sahadettin. CAN ERZURUM's Arda Turan was substituted for Birkan Kayra. Ergincan Sahadettin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Olof Vestlund went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Samsunspor SK2011 defense, Sven-Olof Vestlund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ergincan Sahadettin. The Samsunspor SK2011 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ergincan Sahadettin should have stopped the shot. CAN ERZURUM walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
