Tacettin Revha took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Şener Irmak. Şener Irmak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Mihkel Äss hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's Tacettin Revha got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Şener Irmak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Baran Oruz in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tacettin Revha in the 45th minute of play forced Laboon SK's goalkeeper Şener Irmak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Laboon SK booed when GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Baran Oruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Laboon SK's much stronger midfield.
