Dedé Alves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Levan Dost, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ booed when 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Kompany didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dündar Zeki got free with Farid Mondragon in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Dündar Zeki scored to the left of an out of position Farid Mondragon, making the score, 2-0. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's İbrahim Kerdiğe quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Júnior Moreno, made in the 20th minute of the game. Levan Dost took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dedé Alves. Dedé Alves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bruno Baptista was slow to take the kick. During this time 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's players had a chance to rest. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's Bruno Baptista was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dedé Alves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Levan Dost in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dedé Alves saved YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ from getting behind. Dedé Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Levan Dost in the 38th minute of the match. Farid Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dündar Zeki, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Dündar Zeki dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Farid Mondragon, 3-1. In the 47th minute Cihangir Türkol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedé Alves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Levan Dost to strike the kick off in the second half. Farid Mondragon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dündar Zeki in the 60th minute of the match. Dedé Alves made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Jacobo Refugio sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dündar Zeki in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Farid Mondragon saved 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB from getting behind. If Dündar Zeki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 70 minutes into the match, 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goal looked a bit too open when Dündar Zeki came free, but Farid Mondragon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Dündar Zeki made a precise shot to the right of Farid Mondragon. 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 83rd match minute, YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birant Kaplan to maneuver through the defense. Dedé Alves was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonides Xacintu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 86 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Pettersson in the 90th minute of play forced 1stanbuL FootbaLL CluB's goalkeeper Farid Mondragon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hjalmar Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Mondragon having to interfere. The YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
