Hazar Hayırlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eser Saraç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hazar Hayırlı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artal Burualla in the 9th minute of play. Ali Güralp Cansefa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Yetkin Osmanoğulları tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artal Burualla scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hazar Hayırlı, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hazar Hayırlı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Barış Ensar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Bican Cesur sped through MALATYASPOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hazar Hayırlı. Karaelmas's Bican Cesur suffered a concussion after 21 minutes and had to leave the field. Tayyar Dilsaz's late challenge caught a Karaelmas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tayyar Dilsaz helped the player get up and apologised. Karaelmas's Semi Türkoğlu was substituted for Bican Cesur. In the 22nd minute, Tayyar Dilsaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to MALATYASPOR getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Hasan Hüseyin Yaldırak hit a great ball. MALATYASPOR were furious when Rafet Özakıncı was red carded, 25 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Hazar Hayırlı didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Semi Türkoğlu went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Hazar Hayırlı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artal Burualla in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eser Saraç in the 42nd minute of play forced MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Hazar Hayırlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Eser Saraç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hazar Hayırlı. MALATYASPOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eser Saraç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The MALATYASPOR players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karaelmas were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Güralp Cansefa to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Eser Saraç notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of MALATYASPOR's Hazar Hayırlı. Hazar Hayırlı was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Karaelmas's Mustafa Cumhur Çeliktaş got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute, Ahmet Rıfat Özonder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the game, Karaelmas's Artal Burualla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hazar Hayırlı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. In the 67th minute, Semi Türkoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Hazar Hayırlı. MALATYASPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. Eser Saraç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Semi Türkoğlu got free with Hazar Hayırlı in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 73 minutes of play, Karaelmas's Semi Türkoğlu made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hazar Hayırlı was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the game, Semi Türkoğlu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hazar Hayırlı. Semi Türkoğlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. After having played for 79 minutes, Semi Türkoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karaelmas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Semi Türkoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. MALATYASPOR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Semi Türkoğlu scored to the left of an out of position Hazar Hayırlı, making the score, 0-11. The audience was convinced that Ali Güralp Cansefa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yetkin Osmanoğulları was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semi Türkoğlu in the 85th minute of play forced MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Hazar Hayırlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
