The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vahap Tezcan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baykan Sönmez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Latif Bican might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vahap Tezcan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Latif Bican ran back to his position shaking his head. Baykan Sönmezs short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Vahap Tezcan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 29th minute, Baykan Sönmez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vahap Tezcan. The goal made the score 4-0. Baykan Sönmez scored 5-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vahap Tezcan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Latif Bican made a precise shot to the right of Vahap Tezcan. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Los Valientes's Baykan Sönmez got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 46 minutes into the game, Erhan Gagauz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Valientes the free kick. A collision led to ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Erhan Gagauz hit a great ball. Zbyszko Tomiczek's late challenge caught a ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zbyszko Tomiczek helped the player get up and apologised. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

After a rather tough play, ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's Murat Yavuz got a free kick in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baykan Sönmez in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vahap Tezcan saved ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü from getting behind. In the 60th minute Baykan Sönmez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vahap Tezcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baykan Sönmez in the 61st minute of play forced ÇATALHÖYÜK Gençlik Klübü's goalkeeper Vahap Tezcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
