Lionel Bolton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Tayyar Poyraz made a huge save. In the 15th minute, Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 18th minute Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tayyar Poyraz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tayyar Poyraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercüment Acıbadem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lionel Bolton was slow to take the kick. During this time SubaV's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Lionel Bolton almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Tayyar Poyraz did a great save. If Angelo Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 26 played minutes BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 got a freekick which was hit by Börje Linquist. Erkut Tun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arjen Robben in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goal looked a bit too open when Ercüment Acıbadem came free, but Tayyar Poyraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tayyar Poyraz made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti sent off a good shot on target. SubaV's Erkut Tun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arjen Robben in the 38th minute of play. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Garoa Bencoiechea in the 41st minute. The corner led BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Garoa Bencoiechea to fire away a dangerous shot which Erkut Tun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, SubaV's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Borges came free, but Erkut Tun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Angelo Borges to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti came free, but Tayyar Poyraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lionel Bolton kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, SubaV's goalkeeper Erkut Tun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Servet Bakırcıoğlu. Servet Bakırcıoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th match minute, SubaV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lionel Bolton to maneuver through the defense. Tayyar Poyraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, SubaV's Erkut Tun got control of the ball when Angelo Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, SubaV's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Borges came free, but Erkut Tun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Angelo Borges's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erkut Tun was relentless in the 90th minute of the game.
