Paco Zamora came out of the goal and Tang Di Cheng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in GALATASARAY O.Z. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! Paco Zamora had in the 22ndth minute some difficulties stopping Ronaldinho Gaucho's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. A collision led to Büyükada Commandos getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Tang Di Cheng hit a great ball. Gianluca Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from J.J J.J. in the 33rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexsandro Romero got free with Gianluca Buffon in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the GALATASARAY O.Z. defense, Ronaldinho Gaucho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paco Zamora. The GALATASARAY O.Z. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paco Zamora should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute Yao Kun Lei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluca Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yao Kun Lei was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Büyükada Commandos getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Hayati Peker hit a great ball. Ludomir Domin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gianluca Buffon. Büyükada Commandos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Büyükada Commandos's Mirza Nevzat was substituted for Şenol Akbaba. With an all-out effort, Büyükada Commandos's Paco Zamora threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hüseyin Turan Esay, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When GALATASARAY O.Z.'s J.J J.J. in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Hüseyin Turan Esay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paco Zamora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Turan Esay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Although GALATASARAY O.Z. had been in control for most of the match, Büyükada Commandos still came away with the win.
