Glenn Houghton ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nihat Ilıca in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İskender Özkutal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nihat Ilıca got free with İskender Özkutal in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS's Nihat Ilıca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that İskender Özkutal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Constantino Roldanillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Nihat Ilıca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but İskender Özkutal made a huge save. İskender Özkutal was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Nihat Ilıca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nihat Ilıca really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 37th minute, Nihat Ilıca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Nihat Ilıca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İskender Özkutal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tayfun Esentürk was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celal Baykoca in the 54th minute of play forced KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS's goalkeeper Nizam Şafak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. - JOKER -'s Mehmet Osman Sadri was substituted for Tolunay Boz. In the 58th minute of the game Mehmet Osman Sadri made a throw-in which Rochy Mulia played forward. After a rather tough play, KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS's Ceferino Gorri got a free kick in the 62nd minute. İskender Özkutal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nihat Ilıca in the 66th minute of the match. KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS made a substitution. Korcan Eronat replaced Celalettin Çalımbay. A nice corner shot did that Glenn Houghton got away a dangerous shot. Despite this İskender Özkutal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 72 minutes of play, KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS's Cezmi Taşkınay made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. İskender Özkutal was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, - JOKER -'s Cesur Köksal got a free kick in the 85th minute. Hami Alişan made in the 90th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Dündar Ersezen immediately put the ball in play. When Dündar Ersezen fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Yıldırım Gürtuna's late challenge caught a KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yıldırım Gürtuna helped the player get up and apologised. There was no doubt that KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS were the better team. KaRaBaĞLaR !! - URAS's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
