Taltum FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diego Lia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 47th minute Gonzalo Canton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benicio Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzalo Canton scored 1-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Arias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 59th match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Chan to maneuver through the defense. Clodoveo Pacho's late challenge caught a Taltum FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clodoveo Pacho helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Taltum FC booed when Riesgo Cero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Pacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Diego Lia notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Taltum FC's Paúl Bardeci. Paúl Bardeci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Taltum FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Paúl Bardeci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Lia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Riesgo Cero were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Taltum FC for a fine match.
