In the 6th minute, CAI NEUQUEN's Honorato Eutropio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carolo Ruisko. Carolo Ruisko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Arnoldo Totakoxe might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carolo Ruisko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnoldo Totakoxe ran back to his position shaking his head. Machine Gun Kelly's Carolo Ruisko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Eutropio in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Machine Gun Kelly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Ihintza to maneuver through the defense. If Arnoldo Totakoxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Gurutz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. When Machine Gun Kelly's Nemesio Acuña in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnoldo Totakoxe got free with Carolo Ruisko in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carolo Ruisko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Chago in the 34th minute of play. CAI NEUQUEN's Arnoldo Totakoxe got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Honorato Eutropio struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Carolo Ruisko didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CAI NEUQUEN. Serafin Lalla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Acuña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 43 minutes, Honorato Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CAI NEUQUEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Eutropio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Milio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Chago came free, but Carolo Ruisko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nemesio Acuña was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Serafin Lalla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Edelmiro Chago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Ruisko having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Machine Gun Kelly's Moises Venceslas got a free kick in the 59th minute. Iker Senin kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. When Basilio Pello fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Machine Gun Kelly's protests and gave Basilio Pello a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Machine Gun Kelly getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Basilio Pello hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute of the match Romulo Lleir sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carolo Ruisko skillfully saved the ball. If Edelmiro Chago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carolo Ruisko came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by CAI NEUQUEN's Arnoldo Totakoxe. But to his dismay, Arnoldo Totakoxe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Honorato Eutropio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Chago in the 92nd minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Carolo Ruisko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cayetano Ihintza got free with Serafin Lalla in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. CAI NEUQUEN fully deserved thier win.
