After a defensive mix-up in Unicorns ™'s zone, Rutger Magnusson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corneliu Vulpăşin came out of the goal and Rutger Magnusson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an all-out effort, Örebro FF's Corneliu Vulpăşin threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gaafar Jesus, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Örebro FF were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Unicorns ™'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gaafar Jesus took the corner. The corner ended in Gaafar Jesus almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin did a great save. Örebro FF's Gaafar Jesus got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaafar Jesus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Corneliu Vulpăşin having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gaafar Jesus. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaafar Jesus in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corneliu Vulpăşin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute, Rutger Magnusson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Örebro FF's Gaafar Jesus in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unicorns ™'s goalie prevented a goal. Gaafar Jesus struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Corneliu Vulpăşin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Örebro FF. Rareș Papadima might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Turina. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rareș Papadima ran back to his position shaking his head. Andrei Chiose recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rutger Magnusson in the 29th minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Rutger Magnusson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Corneliu Vulpăşin. Rutger Magnusson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Rutger Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Corneliu Vulpăşin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Turina didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tudor Bodea went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 42 minutes into the match, Gaafar Jesus dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Corneliu Vulpăşin, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gaafar Jesus in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corneliu Vulpăşin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The wind increased when Tudor Bodea made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Gaafar Jesus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corneliu Vulpăşin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The audience was convinced that Gaafar Jesus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Corneliu Vulpăşin was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the game, Örebro FF's Gaafar Jesus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corneliu Vulpăşin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Gaafar Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Örebro FF's Gaafar Jesus in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Unicorns ™'s goalie prevented a goal. 68 minutes into the match, Gaafar Jesus notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin. Corneliu Vulpăşin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Corneliu Vulpăşin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaafar Jesus in the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Gaafar Jesus made a precise shot to the right of Corneliu Vulpăşin. Unicorns ™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. 80 minutes into the game, Gaafar Jesus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Corneliu Vulpăşin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 83rd minute, Gaafar Jesus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Örebro FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. Gaafar Jesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Örebro FF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
