When Victor Valenzuela fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GuateFortín's protests and gave Victor Valenzuela a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Victor Valenzuela hit a great ball. Carlos Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fran Ibi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Bonilla hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Tritan Dragoj sent off a good shot on target. Rigers Bekolli hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Ezequiel Peruanton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Douglas Ayala hit a great ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Victor Valenzuela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GuateFortín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Valenzuela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Leader of Lemurs's Osman Oparaku got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Douglas Ayala left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GuateFortín fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Veli Topalli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Asad in the 38th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Patricio Alvarado made the kick off in the second half. Leader of Lemurs's Veli Topalli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Alvarado in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Milton Umaña recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Veli Topalli. Milton Umaña showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. 57 minutes into the match, Leader of Lemurs's goalkeeper Veli Topalli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milton Umaña. Julio Asad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veli Topalli having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Milton Umaña took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Veli Topalli to make any attempt to save it. In the 68th match minute, GuateFortín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Douglas Ayala to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the game, Mateo Terciero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Veli Topalli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th minute Fran Ibi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Navarro Montoya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Navarro Montoya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tritan Dragoj in the 78th minute of play. After 79 played minutes GuateFortín got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Ayala. Veli Topalli didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 81st minute, which inside left pole to 0-9. Veli Topalli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Valenzuela went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute, Mateo Terciero reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Veli Topalli. The goal made the score 0-11. The crowd rose to their feet as GuateFortín's Mateo Terciero slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Veli Topalli. That made the score 0-12 after 94 minutes of play. The GuateFortín players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
