Golo Oolo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angel Comizzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After 39 minutes Menchu FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Golo Oolo who took care of the corner kick. Javier Pinola hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Osvaldo Goren made the kick off in the second half. Gabriele Koffidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Angel Comizzo made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Menchu FC's goalkeeper Angel Comizzo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriele Koffidis. Vicente Noe hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Het Koffiehuis made a substitution. Fred Smidts replaced Golo Oolo. Het Koffiehuis's Lee Kang was substituted for Gabriele Koffidis.
