In the 4th minute Fabiano Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Iago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Merusca F&P - CIMZ booed when Defensores de Mar de Ajó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Donostia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorian de Moraes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benedicto Iago. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Benedicto Iago was a little too slow when Fabiano Abraão got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 11 minutes of play, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fabiano Abraão made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedicto Iago was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fabiano Abraão in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benedicto Iago, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 16 played minutes Fabiano Abraão rounded Defensores de Mar de Ajó's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Willian Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Txeru in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute of the match Defensores de Mar de Ajó got a corner. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Braulio Perrando ran over to the corner to take the kick. Braulio Perrando made a great header on Defensores de Mar de Ajó's corner, it was just that Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Willian Trevisan managed to reach the ball for a save. Fabiano Abraão might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Iago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabiano Abraão ran back to his position shaking his head. Benedicto Iago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Benedicto Iago made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Pitta in the 29th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Benedicto Iago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Pitta. Willian Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Txeru, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Fabiano Abraão made a precise shot to the right of Benedicto Iago. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 37 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Abraão came free, but Benedicto Iago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Abraão might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Iago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Benedicto Iago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Abraão in the 45th minute of play. Benedicto Iago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Pitta in the 46th minute of the match. If Humberto Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dante Txeru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dante Txeru got free with Willian Trevisan in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 52nd minute, Rafael Domeka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute Fabiano Abraão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Iago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Iago stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabiano Abraão's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Benedicto Iago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Pitta in the 60th minute of play. Fabiano Abraão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Iago having to make a save. Benedicto Iago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Abraão, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Benedicto Iago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabiano Abraão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Iago read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68thth minute of the game Salvador Benitez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Willian Trevisan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Gilmar Donato was substituted for Raimundo Amorim. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Federico Lon put in a rough tackle. In the 72nd match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Lon to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute of the match Dorian de Moraes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benedicto Iago skillfully saved the ball. Benedicto Iago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Pitta in the 75th minute of play. When Marcinho Negri came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Merusca F&P - CIMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcinho Negri couldn't finish the play. Benedicto Iago came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Humberto Pitta. But to his dismay, Humberto Pitta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. Marcinho Negri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Iago having to make a save. 86 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Negri came free, but Benedicto Iago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Txeru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Willian Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, one of Merusca F&P - CIMZ:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Merusca F&P - CIMZ. Willian Trevisan went to the wrong direction when Braulio Perrando was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Humberto Pitta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedicto Iago. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Humberto Pitta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Humberto Pitta took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedicto Iago. Benedicto Iago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-1. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
