Claudinei Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aadolf Martikainen in the 37th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Cauan Barros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joona Rosenqvist. That made the score 4-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 42nd minute Aadolf Martikainen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinei Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joona Rosenqvist had great luck who in the 45thth minute grab hold of the ball when Mai Yong Zhi from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Karhulan Veikot's Joona Rosenqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Barros in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Karhulan Veikot's zone, Jaime Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joona Rosenqvist came out of the goal and Jaime Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Karhulan Veikot getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Jere Noronen hit a great ball. Karhulan Veikot's Joona Rosenqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cauan Barros in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Grêmio Santo André getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Erik Arce hit a great ball. In the 58th minute of the match Valentin Uusiniemi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudinei Esteves showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 60 minutes of play, Grêmio Santo André's Igor Czech made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joona Rosenqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joona Rosenqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Tasso in the 68th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Karhulan Veikot defense, Chiquinho Valle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joona Rosenqvist. The Karhulan Veikot fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joona Rosenqvist should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes into the match, Karhulan Veikot's goal looked a bit too open when Cauan Barros came free, but Joona Rosenqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Karhulan Veikot's Arttu Piiroinen got a free kick in the 75th minute. Jaime Cabral scored 7-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joona Rosenqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute, Jaime Cabral made a precise shot to the right of Joona Rosenqvist. Karhulan Veikot's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Cauan Barros took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joona Rosenqvist. Joona Rosenqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. There was no doubt that Grêmio Santo André were the better team. Grêmio Santo André's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
