In the 8thth minute of the game Gaspar Sabin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karhulan Veikot's Reijo Ilola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gaspar Sabin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Reijo Ilola made a huge save. After 18 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Dante Mannie. Jaime Mundo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reijo Ilola having to make a save. In the 22nd minute, Kaarlo Heliskoski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Mundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reijo Ilola having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Leones FC fully deserved thier win.
