The throw-in from Viggo Harlén in the 7th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Flamengo de San Blás's Yu Qi Hai. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Dahlqvist in the 19th minute of play forced Flamengo de San Blás's goalkeeper 柯峰超 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute Viggo Harlén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 柯峰超 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flamengo de San Blás's 柯峰超 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elof Hedin in the 24th minute of play. Arne Kilström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zernin Pellicer in the 26th minute. 柯峰超 came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by AIK FOTBOLL's Elof Hedin. But to his dismay, Elof Hedin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 柯峰超 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elof Hedin's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Chiquinho Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Arne Kilström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Chiquinho Neto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flamengo de San Blás's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AIK FOTBOLL the free kick. In the 34th minute, Chiquinho Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flamengo de San Blás were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after AIK FOTBOLL's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rolando De Gracia took the corner. The corner led to Flamengo de San Blás's Chiquinho Neto getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 40th minute Zernin Pellicer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Kilström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Yu Qi Hai threw the ball into play from the sideline. AIK FOTBOLL's Svante Vestlund quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to AIK FOTBOLL getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Elof Hedin hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evert Dahlqvist was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Flamengo de San Blás's goalkeeper 柯峰超 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Dahlqvist. Evert Dahlqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th match minute, AIK FOTBOLL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Hermansson to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Skålberg in the 73rd minute of play forced Flamengo de San Blás's goalkeeper 柯峰超 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stalin Moreruela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Kilström having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as AIK FOTBOLL's Fredrik Axelsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 柯峰超. That made the score 1-2 after 82 minutes of play. In the 86th minute Fredrik Axelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 柯峰超 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Kilström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monchi Villalaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 柯峰超 made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Robert Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. 92 minutes into the match, Flamengo de San Blás's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Axelsson came free, but 柯峰超 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 95 in the game by Fredrik Axelsson from a close distance when the talented 柯峰超 managed to make a qualified save. Flamengo de San Blás's players were relieved. AIK FOTBOLL's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
