La Candela FC's Enzo Silviano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Sundberg in the 12th minute of play. Damaso Eron hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Valdemar Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademar Castro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademar Castro in the 20th minute of play. With 20 minutes on the clock, Herman Forsman commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 20th minute of the game. One of AC Mayonnaise:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of La Candela FC:s goal. The supporters of La Candela FC booed when AC Mayonnaise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Arne Ödman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 minutes, Sune Lidberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Mayonnaise and the La Candela FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ademar Castro in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Valdemar Jönsson saved AC Mayonnaise from getting behind. La Candela FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cai Bing Cheng in the 32nd minute. The corner led La Candela FC's Cai Bing Cheng to fire away a dangerous shot which Valdemar Jönsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Valdemar Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Ricart in the 35th minute of play. In the 40th minute Ademar Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdemar Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goalkeeper Enzo Silviano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Holmberg. After having played for 45 minutes, Benigno Ricart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Candela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benigno Ricart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig-Arne Ödman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of La Candela FC booed when AC Mayonnaise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sune Lidberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. La Candela FC's Alfredo Rojas was substituted for Benigno Ricart. After 60 minutes AC Mayonnaise's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cai Bing Cheng who took care of the corner kick. La Candela FC's Carlos Salinas was substituted for Jorge Benitez. 67 minutes into the game, La Candela FC's Alfredo Rojas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdemar Jönsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 70 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's goalkeeper Valdemar Jönsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Rojas. Thanks to some nice moves Alfredo Rojas could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Valdemar Jönsson however easily saved by the left post. In the 74th minute Stig-Arne Ödman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Silviano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The La Candela FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when La Candela FC's Alfredo Rojas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alfredo Rojas came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Valdemar Jönsson could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ademar Castro in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdemar Jönsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Ademar Castro sped through AC Mayonnaise's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valdemar Jönsson. 90 minutes into the game, Ademar Castro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valdemar Jönsson. Ademar Castro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6.
