After having played for 2 minutes, Matei Onaca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Matei Onaca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stiinta-Univ.'s Denis Ghee proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Stiinta-Univ. from getting a goal against them. When Vikingos FC's Segundo Balendin in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stiinta-Univ.'s goalie prevented a goal. Stiinta-Univ.'s Denis Ghee proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Stiinta-Univ. from getting a goal against them. Denis Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Balendin in the 20th minute of the match. Segundo Balendin took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Ghee. Denis Ghee dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Denis Ghee made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Segundo Balendin sent off a good shot on target. After 27 minutes, Cazimir Pânzaru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stiinta-Univ. and the Vikingos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Cazimir Pânzaru got a free kick in the 28th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Segundo Balendin got free with Denis Ghee in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Honorato Aureo in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Denis Ghee, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ovidiu Borza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Havier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Ghee having to interfere. After 37 minutes of play, Vikingos FC's Honorato Aureo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Ghee was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th minute, Igor Havier fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Balendin in the 43rd minute of play forced Stiinta-Univ.'s goalkeeper Denis Ghee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ovidiu Borza to make the kick off. Denis Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Balendin in the 52nd minute of the match. Vikingos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Segundo Balendin in the 53rd minute. In the 59thth minute of the game Honorato Aureo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stiinta-Univ.'s Denis Ghee was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Rodrigo Jakobe replaced Honorato Aureo. After 72 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Hartz. If Matei Onaca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute Segundo Balendin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Ghee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denis Ghee stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Segundo Balendin's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After 91 minutes of play, Vikingos FC's Rodrigo Jakobe made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Ghee was left in no man's land by his defense there!
