The ball went over the crossbar instead. 4 minutes into the match, Bresikas's goalkeeper Erasmo Ado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Ruberto. 6 minutes into the match, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Eugene Cassidy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasmo Ado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8thth minute of the game Narciso Ignatius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Santiago Beltrán was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Erasmo Ado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Bresikas's zone, Agustín Ruberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Ado came out of the goal and Agustín Ruberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Eleuterio Lamberto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Erasmo Ado in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Agustín Ruberto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Erasmo Ado made a huge save. If Agustín Ruberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Agustín Ruberto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erasmo Ado. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. In the 35th minute, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Agustín Ruberto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erasmo Ado. Erasmo Ado yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bresikas! In the 47th minute Mario Chaime shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Beltrán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Bresikas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eleuterio Lamberto ran over to the corner to take the kick. Adan Txeru's late challenge caught a Bresikas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Txeru helped the player get up and apologised. Adan Txeru hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Erasmo Ado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustín Ruberto went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Agustín Ruberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Ruberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustín Ruberto in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Ado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the match, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Agustín Ruberto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erasmo Ado narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
