An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymon Reyes in the 3rd minute of play forced BK Värdsholmen's goalkeeper Joel Tolsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Åke Öman got free with Lancelot Sauca in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Los once leones Ourense's Lancelot Sauca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Eckegren in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of BK Värdsholmen booed when Los once leones Ourense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Poncio De Pablo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Tolsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Román Armada, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 29 played minutes Los once leones Ourense got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Vives. Joel Tolsson came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Los once leones Ourense's Román Armada. But to his dismay, Román Armada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Los once leones Ourense's Lancelot Sauca got control of the ball when Håkan Eklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roy Hamberg kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. A collision led to Los once leones Ourense getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Amuruza Alcantara hit a great ball. Roger Norberg hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Lancelot Sauca made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Åke Öman sent off a good shot on target. Lancelot Sauca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roger Norberg in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Román Armada stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Los once leones Ourense's Lancelot Sauca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roger Norberg in the 51st minute of play. In the 62nd minute BK Värdsholmen were awarded a corner. Roy Hamberg went to the cornerflag to take it. John Eckegren charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed John Eckegren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. John Eckegren was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 85th match minute, BK Värdsholmen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by John Eckegren to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Poncio De Pablo during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
