The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gustavo Galindo came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Eliseo Pacho. But to his dismay, Eliseo Pacho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fernan Ibon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Moises Beti made a huge save. Bernardino Bartoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th match minute, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Roland to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Silvestre Gimenez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gustavo Galindo. Candelaria FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvestre Gimenez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 22nd minute, Sergio Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dionisio Santiago's late challenge caught a StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dionisio Santiago helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Candelaria FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dionisio Santiago hit a great ball. Gustavo Galindo came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Bernardino Bartoli. But to his dismay, Bernardino Bartoli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 33 minutes into the game, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Benito Cresitobalo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Galindo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Moises Beti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Barros in the 36th minute of the match. Benito Cresitobalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st match minute, Candelaria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Barros to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Candelaria FC defense, Godofredo Roland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Galindo. The Candelaria FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Galindo should have stopped the shot. The Candelaria FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 were winning 0-5.

The wind increased when Fernan Ibon made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Candelaria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Fiz to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Bartoli came free, but Gustavo Galindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Eliseo Pacho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Galindo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Carmelo Cordario charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carmelo Cordario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Candelaria FC made a substitution. Aureliano Izotz replaced Carmelo Cordario. After 64 played minutes Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Cordario. Gustavo Galindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Pacho in the 69th minute of the match. Moises Beti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruperto Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Moises Beti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Izotz in the 72nd minute of play. In the 81st minute, Eliseo Mantzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 played minutes Candelaria FC got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Emesto. Gustavo Galindo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliseo Pacho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 91 minute of play.
