In the 9th minute, Dani Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Guerreiro came free, but Egil Sølve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Armando Guerreiro notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve. Egil Sølve was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 17 minutes, Dani Alves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sport Club Mavericks and the Holmkjar Hotspurs players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Holmkjar Hotspurs booed when Sport Club Mavericks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dani Alves didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Sport Club Mavericks's Egil Sølve threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Armando Guerreiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Guerreiro in the 20th minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Egil Sølve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Oluf Ankerbøl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Armando Guerreiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sport Club Mavericks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Telmo de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tonni Dong, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute Oluf Ankerbøl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute Armando Guerreiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Sølve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Armando Guerreiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Egil Sølve was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arturo Filippini was slow to take the kick. During this time Sport Club Mavericks's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Vagner Vennitze got a free kick in the 45th minute. Sport Club Mavericks's Arturo Filippini shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Egil Sølve but with some difficulty. After a rather tough play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Oluf Ankerbøl got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Honorio Efraim to strike the kick off in the second half. Sport Club Mavericks's Telmo de Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Sport Club Mavericks from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute of the match Luo Chuan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Egil Sølve skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Guerreiro in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egil Sølve prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 55th minute Armando Guerreiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Sølve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Guerreiro in the 57th minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Egil Sølve to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Armando Guerreiro sped through Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Egil Sølve. Egil Sølve came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Sport Club Mavericks's Armando Guerreiro. But to his dismay, Armando Guerreiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Micael Byvold was substituted for Holger Korst. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Reinhardt Vittenbach was substituted for Samuel Berghagen. Micael Byvold kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Tonni Dong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telmo de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Egil Sølve played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Guerreiro in the 78th minute of play. Egil Sølve showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Guerreiro in the 82nd minute of the match. Egil Sølve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 minutes of play, Sport Club Mavericks's Armando Guerreiro made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egil Sølve was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Tonni Dong, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 95 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Telmo de Amorim was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Holmkjar Hotspurs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sport Club Mavericks.
