Virgilio Romano started the match with the kick off. Clube Atlético Paulista's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albigasta FC the free kick. Albigasta FC's Gaspar Irrintzi took a good shot, in the 11th minute, which hit the crossbar above Alfredinho Velloso's head, and flew over the goal. Clube Atlético Paulista's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Albigasta FC. Albigasta FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Marquinhos Pena scored to the left of an out of position Urbano Bemabe, making the score, 1-0. After having played for 17 minutes, Kauan Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Atlético Paulista's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kauan Guerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Clube Atlético Paulista's Lucas Martínez got a free kick in the 21st minute. Alfredinho Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Romero in the 22nd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Romero came free, but Alfredinho Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Severino Soares made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Marquinhos Pena put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Urbano Bemabe. Hugo Romero's late challenge caught a Clube Atlético Paulista's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugo Romero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd minute, Hugo Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unnecessary self made goal, 7-0 in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Albigasta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Soares came free, but Urbano Bemabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredinho Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardo Mantzio in the 77th minute of the match. Urbano Bemabe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clube Atlético Paulista's Eduardo Cabral got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albigasta FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
