Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stephen Duxbury took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Stephen Duxbury came free, but Rui Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stephen Duxbury in the 7th minute. A collision led to Grêmio FBPA getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Dino Castro hit a great ball. Rui Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcin Cebula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Duxbury in the 12th minute of play. After 13 minutes, Amadeu Pitta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grêmio FBPA and the Korona Kielce players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Grêmio FBPA's Amadeu Pitta got a free kick in the 13th minute. Nial Todd took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rui Varela. Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Grêmio FBPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeu Pitta to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacek Kielb got free with Rui Varela in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stephen Duxbury could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Rui Varela made a huge save. Edi Carlo hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Stephen Duxbury who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Korona Kielce were awarded a corner in the 23th minute after Grêmio FBPA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nial Todd took the corner. In the 27th minute, Marcin Cebula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rui Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciej Korzym, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Rui Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Korzym in the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Rui Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stephen Duxbury. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Korzym in the 43rd minute of play forced Grêmio FBPA's goalkeeper Rui Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43rd play minutes Maciej Korzym shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Rui Varela and just under the crossbar into goal. Stephen Duxbury received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Rui Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dino Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute, Jacek Kielb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Varela was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 69 minutes into the match, Jacek Kielb notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela. Rui Varela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 72 minutes, Stephen Duxbury made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Grêmio FBPA's Rui Varela tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute Jacek Kielb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Cebula in the 76th minute of the match. In the 95th minute Maciej Korzym shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stephen Duxbury in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Korona Kielce players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
