Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the Valdieri defense, Diego Balendin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. The Valdieri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aurelio Di Lullo should have stopped the shot. Arnaldo Bide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 played minutes San Lorenzo got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Hurko. When Arnaldo Bide fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Lorenzo's protests and gave Arnaldo Bide a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to San Lorenzo getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Arnaldo Bide hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gervasio Tartalo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute Cipriano Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Di Lullo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Lucila came free, but Aurelio Di Lullo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Arnaldo Hurko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Lorenzo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnaldo Hurko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Bide notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Valdieri's Aurelio Di Lullo. Aurelio Di Lullo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Arnaldo Hurko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half San Lorenzo were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Victor Belmiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Flavio Lucila managed to get in a good position for a shot. San Lorenzo's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavio Lucila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Di Lullo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the game, Attilio Fortunato cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Anier Oidor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Hurko got free with Aurelio Di Lullo in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Valdieri's Edoardo Cabrini got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Arnaldo Bide came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the San Lorenzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnaldo Bide couldn't finish the play. During the 74th minute of the match Gervasio Tartalo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gervasio Tartalo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to San Lorenzo getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gervasio Tartalo hit a great ball. In the 77th minute, Flavio Lucila made a precise shot to the right of Aurelio Di Lullo. Valdieri's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Victor Belmiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Aurelio Di Lullo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Valdieri's goalkeeper Aurelio Di Lullo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavio Lucila. After 88 played minutes Valdieri got a freekick which was hit by Emanuele Ranieri. After 90 played minutes Diego Balendin rounded Valdieri's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-5. The Valdieri fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. San Lorenzo were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
