A collision led to FC LIVERPOOL getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. When Claudinho Pernambucano fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abutres 2003 FDP's protests and gave Claudinho Pernambucano a yellow card for diving instead. Claudinho Pernambucano kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Caio da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Des Bancroft in the 30th minute of the match. FC LIVERPOOL's Tommy Thompson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save FC LIVERPOOL from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute Rio Dunn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
