After 13 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Veronica. 14 minutes into the match, AFC FUSION's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho Teixeira came free, but Benicio Senen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th match minute, Catugi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diguinho Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's Claudinei Carioca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benicio Senen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Catugi FC's Sven-Edvin Skräddare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Arias in the 40th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Catugi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinei Carioca to maneuver through the defense. Sven-Edvin Skräddare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Lando in the 44th minute of play.

He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AFC FUSION reached it. The supporters of Catugi FC booed when AFC FUSION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Adrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Leonel Varela hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nunez Arias got free with Sven-Edvin Skräddare in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Sven-Edvin Skräddare got control of the ball when Ciro Lando tried to sneak it across the goal line.
